Annoying

I do not know what Axa is so keen to find out about my experience when my policy hasn't even started!I ignored the first request but would they get the hint? Cleary not! So in my opinion they only deserve 1 star for being annoying. There are two points in life-cycle of an insurance policy where reviews are worth bothering your customers for: 1) after they have had to put claim against their policy and 2) after the renewal quote has been sent because, if you are not careful, they will simply try to rob you. They will tell you they try to match whatever offer you've got but would stay with someone who has just tried to take advantage? I didn't stay with Sheilas Wheels for that reason and won't stay with Axa if they do the same.Axa should focus on treating its customers with respect a fairness at the end of the policy rather than on annoying them even before their policy has started!

I wouldn’t even give Axa one star…

I wouldn’t even give Axa one star unless I had to. I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault 6 days ago. I pay extra to ensure I have a curtesy car as I’m a community nurse and I need my vehicle for for work. To cut a long story short it’s 6 days later and I still don’t have a curtesy car. To pre warn anyone want to use Axa they only answer the phones during office hours, so if you have an accident in the evening or weekend, they won’t do anything to help other than remove your vehicle if it’s blocking a road. They’ve made so many mistakes along the way with details not being submitted, getting cut off on the phone lines after holding for so long and passing on incorrect details to 3rd parties. Just a terrible service.

Axa...supporting murder!

The fact Axa supports fox hunting is the reason this company should be boycotted. Disgusting! Would anyone really trust a company involved in illegal activities, especially ones that involve the taking of innocent lives!

I have been insured with axa for over 7 years and I will be canceling my policy and going else were after this nightmare.god help anyone if you have a big claim if this is how they handle a broken tv PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY and tell your friends about my experience I will be posting this on other websites to make people aware of there performance
